Use of the service
Vigilo is intended for professional compliance tracking. Any unlawful use, or use meant to disrupt the service, is forbidden.
Accounts and access
Each user protects their credentials and the personal links sent to them, and does not share them.
Uploaded documents
You only upload documents you are entitled to send. They remain yours and those of the organisation that requested them.
Liability
Vigilo helps follow deadlines but does not replace legal advice; each organisation remains responsible for its own compliance. When Vigilo checks documents or calls third parties for an organization (managed service), it does so under the rules that organization has set; the final decision on a third party's compliance remains its own.
