Vigilo aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, as the European Accessibility Act expects. Status: partial conformity.
What is checked
Keyboard navigation, visible focus, colour contrast, form labels and page titles are covered by automated checks (axe) on the main screens, including the third-party portal on a phone.
Known limits
Some data tables scroll sideways on narrow screens. Uploaded documents (PDF, photos) are shown as provided and may not be accessible. No full audit by an external expert has been done yet.
Documents produced by Vigilo
The PDFs Vigilo produces (documentation, reports, evidence files) are not tagged for screen readers. Their content is available in an accessible form: the documentation in the help centre, reports and lists in Excel or CSV.
Report a problem
Write to the support address shown in the help centre, describing the page and the difficulty. We answer within 2 working days and give an alternative way to get the information.
