Write access in the API
An API key can now create and edit sites and third parties, create requirements and change their due date or owner. Choose the write permissions when you create the key in Settings › API.
Deadlines in your calendar
Subscribe Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to your deadlines: create a calendar key in Settings › API and paste the address.
Saved views
Save the filters and sort of the requirements list under a name, for you or for the whole team, and reopen them in one click.
Reminders by day
Set reminders as days before the deadline (D-30, D-20, D-10, D-5), on the day, and after.
Support reviews on your behalf
Our team can approve or refuse documents for you when you ask, and every action is logged under “Vigilo support”.
Approve documents from your phone
Approve and Refuse buttons are larger and the preview fits the screen.
Forward a request to your insurer or broker
On the upload page, a supplier can send the request to their insurer, who uploads the document without an account.
A clearer activity log
Each event has a plain sentence, and you can filter by object type.

See your open sessions, close any of them, and review recent sign-ins from your account page.
