Portfolios
A portfolio groups sites by client, region or mandate. It is used by filters, reports and the scope of members.
Portfolio list
Each portfolio shows its number of sites and the compliance of their requirements. “New portfolio” asks for a name, and optionally a code, a description and a manager (the requirements of its sites without a manager are assigned to them).
Fields and buttons
- New portfolio
- A name is enough; the code, description, manager and tags are optional.
- Code
- Your internal code, unique; it links the import workbook and the API.
- Manager
- Requirements of its sites that have no manager are assigned to this person.
- Tags
- Free words to group and filter.
Portfolio record
The Sites tab lists its sites; the History tab, its changes. A site changes portfolio from its record or with the bulk action of the site list. Archiving a portfolio that holds active sites archives those sites too.
Fields and buttons
- Sites
- Its sites and their compliance. A site moves to another portfolio from its record or with the bulk action of the sites list.
- History
- Each change to the portfolio, with its author and date.
- Archive
- Also archives the portfolio's active sites.
